Did you know that stress can make you feel like you are going to faint, and/or make you feel like you are having a heart attack.
You aren’t going to die, you may just feel like you are going to.
P.S. Just FYI, if you are having chest pain you should always go to the Emergency Room to make sure it’s not actually a heart attack though.
Tension headaches, and pulled muscles from tension are also common with high stress situations.
Anyways…
Don’t bottle it up.
It’s like a slow drip, take it on, and let it go.
Much like brewing a nice cup of coffee…
I love to meditate over a nice cup of coffee, it’s the best feeling!
So
Eat healthy
Write
Exercise
Take a walk in the woods
Communicate with friends/family
Seek professional help if you need it
Hug it out when you need to
Have a hot shower, or a bath
Play with your an animal/pet
Spend time alone
Spend sexy time
Go fishing
Play music
Listen to music
Forgive your mistakes
Ask for help
Just make sure you take care of yourself!
Just do whatever it is to treat yourself.
You only get this body.
Be nice to yourself.
